Scope and eligibility
Zero Index Management, LLC (“Zero Index,” “we,” or “us”) operates the Zero Index website and authenticated applications, including the investor portal. These terms govern your use of those services. Zero Index GP I, LLC is the general partner of Zero Index Fund I, L.P.; their executed fund documents govern investment relationships. Use the services only if you are legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to act for any entity you represent. Access to private investor materials requires authorization from us.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the services, confidential information, or legal obligations.
Confidential investor materials
Nonpublic fund, portfolio, and investor information is confidential. Do not publish, reproduce, or redistribute it without authorization from the general partner, except as permitted by your executed fund documents or applicable law. Permitted recipients, including professional advisers and other representatives, remain subject to the confidentiality requirements in those documents. Those documents also govern any obligation to notify the general partner about legally compelled disclosure. Nothing here restricts lawful reporting to regulators or the exercise of nonwaivable rights.
Fund documents govern
Your subscription agreement, limited partnership agreement, offering documents, and other executed fund documents govern your investment rights and obligations. These website terms do not amend them. If portal content conflicts with those documents, the governing fund documents control. Contact us if a report or account record appears incorrect.
Electronic delivery and formal notices
Investor communications may be delivered electronically as provided in your executed subscription and fund documents. Using the website does not itself create or change consent to electronic delivery. Posting information in the portal does not replace a formal notice required by those documents unless their requirements are satisfied. The contact email on this website does not replace a contractual notice address or method. If you doubt a message’s authenticity, contact us through a previously verified channel.
Investment information
Website and portal content is informational and does not constitute an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, or individualized investment, legal, or tax advice. Any offering is made through the applicable offering documents and subject to eligibility requirements. Investments involve risk, including loss of invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future results; estimates and projections may change.
Reports and payments
Reports may be preliminary, unaudited, or subject to correction and may reflect information available as of their stated date. Portal records of capital calls, contributions, and distributions do not themselves execute a bank transfer. Follow official fund instructions and independently confirm any change to payment instructions through a trusted contact method.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, or copy confidential data without permission. Zero Index and its licensors retain rights in the website and application content. Authorized use does not transfer ownership. You retain rights in information you submit and authorize its use to operate the services and administer your relationship with us.
Availability and responsibility
We may change features or interrupt service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. The website and application are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limits obligations under your governing fund documents.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date of the published version. Material changes will receive notice where appropriate or required. For questions or access issues, contact founders@zeroindex.vc.
